If there is no self-confidence between police officers and their read/write head of Police, work-productivity will suffer delinquent to low morale. This low morale will come from the officers thinking, If the Chief doesnt care, then why should we? Thus, leadership and communication go hand-in-hand when it comes to managing an organization and memory that organization easy and successful.
